A #6VF will cut a groove 6/32" wide and has a flat bottom.
Grooving Blade Types
V Series – "V" series technology has resulted in delivering a powerful groover in a small package. V Blades are compatible with the V100 and GV1000. They come in flat and round bottom shapes and their sizes are as follows:

HG Series – Heavy Duty G Blades. These are heavier gauge blades and are typically used on larger tires and situations where larger portions of rubber are being cut or removed. They are compatible with GV1000 when using the GV-G or OTR model accessory head assemblies. They come in flat bottom only and their sizes are as follows:

Siping Blades
Van Alstine siping blades are razor sharp and are readily available. They are sold 24 per pack.
Tire Tool Blades
Each Tire Tool (Part #TTHB-1) comes complete with a blade attached. Replacement blades (Part #RRB-1) are easy to install and readily available.
